Shocking !!
Buyers beware - check items fully on arrival. Opened an undamaged box checked the top of vanity unit and all looked ok. Stored until bathroom fitting.
Came to fitting 6 weeks later and removing item fully from the box and OMG looked liked it had been dragged around showroom. Very surprised if it was not a second or had already been returned with the level of damage the unit had sustained.
Outside of my consumer rights so a very expensive lesson learned. I wish I could attach the photos of the item. We pulled out one drawer and the runners came away from the housing. Guest what - the same happened to the second drawer.
Bathroom Takeaway not even interested in the return of the item to inspect the poor workmanship of item. Says it all. As I say I know they would not refund but not to be interested in investigating further with manufacturer is, to say the least, disappointing.

Ordered 2 radiators, both arrived with slight manufacturer damage caused during assembly. Complained to Bathroom takeaway and even though the fault wasn't theirs, they agreed to a partial refund.

Great bathroom, extremely fast delivery. Only issue no confirmation of delivery turned up while I was at work 2 days after purchase. Then they only left on the drive on a pallet.

Honestly, terrible. I ordered 5 radiators from them. one was defective. Whoever writes their emails can hardly string a sentence together. They said they wont give me a refund until they collect it. They wont collect it unless its removed and in its original packaging. Im not an electrician, i have no idea how to de-wire an electric radiator and remove it. I had to pay someone to (after paying someone to install it). Their courier hasn't turned up two "confirmed" days now, the the company claiming my concierge Peter sent the courier away.....my concierge is called Jenny.

Ordered via Ebay gold effect sink and bath outlet and plugs. appears to be of good quality with a five year guarantee ! To early to tell, but prompt delivery very good.

We purchased a shower enclosure 3 years ago with "5 years warranty". The roller wheels on both screens have become faulty and seized after one year, they sent replacement rollers first time but when these seized again recently, the company advised they have no spare rollers, and have sent us to look for replacement rollers online. They ofeferd a £12 refund for a £300 enclosure we can no longer use. Poor quality rollers and poor customer service. Their warranty cannot be deemed as such if there are no spare parts available, either free or not.

Bought our new bathroom from Lincoln branch. Salesperson Nikki couldn't have been nicer and any more helpful. Think we changed our order 3 or 4 times before we were happy, never a problem. Delivery was perfect and quality of goods fantastic. We now have a bathroom to die for. Thanks Nikki and team.

Very nice helpful staff. Prices are way below other bathroom suppliers. Bathroom takeaway only stock good quality products. Can’t be beaten on price. I checked most bathroom retailers before I ordered from Bathroom away.
